About Us
Nourish the Children was established in 2018 by the Founding Pastor of Cross Over Church, a local church in Houston, Texas. On August 13, 2000, Pastor Stephen Brantley established Cross Over Church, bringing the start of something new that would soon venture outside of its borders of Houston, Texas to reach thousands across the globe and eventually be the path to Nourish the Children being created. Reaching people throughout Haiti, Africa, Nicaragua, and most recently, the Philippines, Pastor Stephen knew that we were becoming a part of something much bigger than ourselves. He knew that with the help of committed sponsors, partners and donors, we could do more and reach more children; that’s when Nourish the Children was born. Nourish the Children’s mission is to provide food, hope and other life essentials to children who would otherwise go without.

Board of Directors
The board of directors is committed to the oversight of Nourish the Children's important work to create a world where no child has to live in hunger and malnourishment.
Stephen Brantley
President and Chairman of the Board
Stephen Brantley has been involved in full-time ministry since 1993 and has been the Senior and Founding Pastor at Cross Over Church since its beginning in August 2000. Additionally, he conducts and manages international leadership seminars and conferences. Over the past 25+ years, Stephen has traveled and ministered all while supplying humanitarian aid in the countries of Uganda, Haiti, Nicaragua, and the Philippines. Stephen founded Nourish the Children in 2018 with a mission to reach malnourished children living in developing countries and supply them with life essentials to grow.
Hannah Brantley
Secretary
Hannah is an Executive Minister and Youth Leader at Cross Over Church where she has worked full-time since 2011. Hannah currently sits on the Cross Over Church Board of Directors as the Treasurer. Hannah also sits on the Nourish the Children Board of Directors as the Secretary. Hannah holds two Associates Degrees in science and arts and will soon be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
Misty Millwee
Treasurer
Misty Millwee is a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. Misty has been an associate pastor at Cross Over Church since 2017 and has been attending Cross Over Church since 2007. She oversees the women’s ministry and event/conference planning and has been the conference host and speaker for the past 5 years. She has been with NTC since it was founded, planning the first charity gala and now holds a position on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer.
Ronald Stern
Board Member
Ronald Stern was a career Special Agent with the FBI and upon retirement entered into the entertainment business, producing wholesome TV for youth while managing artists careers. Ron has been a very active member of Cross Over Church and supports the Pastor in his efforts to build the church and expand its missions.
